Service Description
Please select this treatment if this is your first appointment with us, or if we have not seen you on a regular basis within the last six months. Your treatment will last one hour and fifteen minutes, beginning with an in-depth skincare consultation and a prescribed ritual following your treatment. If you would like more in depth details about your treatment, please contact us! Please note, Erin is only taking new clients in the Kelowna Studio at this time.
Cancellation Policy
At Woods Rose, your appointment is time set aside just for you. Last-minute cancellations leave us with a gap that we’re often unable to fill, which directly impacts our small business and our ability to continue offering accessible, healing care. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, for any reason, will be subject to the full service charge. We absolutely understand that life happens. Extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies or unexpected crises) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If your cancellation falls under one of these, the charge may be credited toward your next facial. We ask that you respect the time and energy it takes to run a values-based business. Please be considerate when booking and cancelling, your presence or absence makes a real difference. Thank you for helping us keep Woods Rose a sustainable, nourishing space.
